Mike, Jeff & Sal installed new split HVAC system outside unit and furnace unit in attic over a two day period. They were very knowledgeable about the system. They had to be in the attic on a day that was over 100 degrees to remove the old heating unit and had to get the new unit installed. The installers were all very nice and respectful. They did a wonderful job and worked well together. This is the second unit we have used Ace Plumbing Heating & Air for, we also have a rental which they also installed a split HVAC system at last year. We trust this company completely and also use them for plumbing work. Thanks guys! New unit works perfectly! Natano also came by to help me with the new thermostat. He helped me set the app up on my phone via our wifi.  He was very patient and showed me how to use the new thermostat on the wall and additionally via the app on my phone. Thankfully, each technician that’s arrives has been kind, and professional. Today Jackson came to snake my guest toilet. He was very patient with the problem, and with my 2 year old constantly asking him questions and wanting to help. Jackson kept me informed the entire time and I never felt talked down to. Gerry was very efficient, knowledgeable of his job and kept the timeline scheduled. He gave me an estimate of the repairs which was a cracked/leaking faucet. I secured the fixture (faucet) which was added savings. He returned a few days later and took 30 minutes give or take to complete the repairs. John W. and Mario Roma were able to replace it next day. They even fixed the odd piping done by a different company. They were amazing! Cost was actually less than I thought too. I called ACE Plumbing Heating & Air today at 12:30pm to set up an appt for a plumber to come out to fix my clogged toilet because I dropped a pumice stone down the trap. They said a plumber could come out today between 12:30pm - 2:30pm, which was awesome! The plumber, John W. Rustam showed up at 2:00pm. He told me he would try to dislodge & push through the pumice stone with an auger. He was able to do it in just a couple minutes & now my toilet is flushing again! John was very polite & professional. He called 10 minutes prior to his arrival. He introduced himself at the door & placed bootie covers on his shoes. He explained the pricing before beginning the job. If I ever need a plumber again, I will definitely call ACE PLUMBING!

I was given the option of replacing the valve for around $400, or essentially zero $$ for simply tightening a slightly loosened connection. I opted for the latter. To Josh ‘s and Mario’s credit, and unbeknownst to them, earlier the same day I had received 2 quotes from another plumbing company for either $1100 or an additional $3000 depending on if the fix could be done above ground or below. What I did not receive was a quote to simply tighten a loose connection. Good on Josh and Mario and ACE Plumbing! I will request Josh and Mario on all future service calls. Gerry our Ace Plumber determined that the device needed replacement. He worked wuickly and efficiently..Gerry returned as soon as a it was delivered. This time the plumber wasn't able to clear the line & suggested I may have a broken pipe in my slab floor. I found an impressive Ad in an old yellow pages phone book for Ace Plumbing. I called & talked with Chanelle who was very helpful & patient with all my questions & she made an appt for the next morning. Everett showed up on time & after we talked a few minutes, he went right to work. He cleared the line, YAY! What a relief! Then he sent a camera through the line & found a small dip in the line where the ground settled, this is where the buildup of grease & bacteria plugged the line. I watched as the camera went thru the water line & saw the tiny dip in the pipe. He suggested to have the line thoroughly cleaned out using a pipe descaler followed by the Hydo Jet. Everett, is extremely knowledgeable about plumbing, I'm so happy I found Ace Plumbing & they sent Everett to do the job. I am calling Chanelle today to make an appt to have the water line cleaned.
